TwitchElement sells digital products only — overlays, widgets, alerts, stream packages, emotes, and other downloadable assets designed for streamers and content creators. Because all of our products are delivered electronically, no physical items are shipped, and no shipping address or postage is required at checkout.

Order Processing

Once your payment is successfully processed, your order is typically available instantly. In rare cases (for example, additional payment verification or a temporary processing queue), delivery may take up to a few minutes. We do not handle physical fulfilment, so there are no warehouse, courier, or carrier delays involved.

How Your Files Are Delivered

Your purchase is delivered in two ways, both available immediately after payment:

  • Order confirmation email — sent to the email address you provided at checkout, containing a secure download link for each digital product in your order.
  • Customer account — if you checked out with a TwitchElement account, your downloads are also available under My Account → Order History at any time.

Download links remain active so you can re-download your files if you need to set them up on a new computer or recover from a lost file. If a link ever fails to work, contact us and we will reissue it.

File Formats

Each product page lists the file types included in the download. Most TwitchElement products are delivered as ZIP archives containing one or more of the following:

  • Animated overlays and screens (.webm, .mp4, transparent PNG sequences)
  • Static graphics (.png, .jpg, .psd)
  • Widget files for OBS, Streamlabs, and StreamElements (.html, .css, JSON config)
  • Setup guides and read-me instructions (.pdf, .txt)

You will need a tool capable of extracting ZIP files and software appropriate for your stream setup (OBS Studio, Streamlabs Desktop, StreamElements, etc.). Setup instructions are included with every purchase.

Regions and Eligibility

Because nothing is physically shipped, our products are available worldwide. There are no shipping zones, customs fees, import duties, or geographic restrictions on the delivery of digital files. Local taxes (such as VAT) may apply at checkout depending on your billing region and are calculated automatically by Shopify.

If You Did Not Receive Your Order

If you have not received your confirmation email within a few minutes of payment, please:

  • Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder — automated order emails sometimes get filtered.
  • Confirm the email address you entered at checkout was spelled correctly.
  • Sign in to your account at TwitchElement and look under Order History.
  • If none of the above resolves it, email us at nargis@twitchelement.com with your order number and we will resend the download links manually within 24 hours.

Issues With a Downloaded File

If a file fails to download, will not extract, or appears corrupted, please contact our support team. Include your order number, the product name, and a brief description of the issue (a screenshot or error message helps us resolve it faster). We will provide a fresh download or, where appropriate, a replacement file at no additional cost.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because digital orders are delivered instantly, we are unable to cancel an order once payment has been processed and the download has been provided. If you ordered the wrong product or made a mistake at checkout, please reach out to us as soon as possible — we will do our best to help.
